These Guidelines ensure LandscapingGlobe™ remains a safe, respectful, professional, and trustworthy ecosystem for all users.

1. Purpose of These Guidelines
These Guidelines ensure LandscapingGlobe™ remains a:
- Safe, Respectful, and Professional ecosystem.
- Trustworthy, High-quality environment for all contributors.
All user actions are governed by these Guidelines, Terms of Service, Moderation Policy, and Advertising Policy. Failure to follow them may result in account warnings, suspensions, or permanent removal.
2. Who These Guidelines Apply To
Every user category must comply:
- Suppliers, Contractors, Clients.
- Landscaping Professionals, Knowledge City Experts.
- Advertisers and Guests.
Guidelines apply to:
Profiles, Listings, Messages, Reviews, Quotes, Knowledge City articles, and uploaded media.
3. Core Principles of Conduct
3.1 Respect & Professionalism:
Be kind, honest, and professional in all interactions.
3.2 Safety & Legality:
Do not post, promote, or request anything illegal or harmful.
3.3 Transparency:
Provide accurate business and personal information.
3.4 Integrity:
No fraud, scams, impersonation, or data abuse.
3.5 Quality:
Content must be relevant to landscaping industries.
Inter-policy reference: Violations may trigger actions under the Moderation Policy.
4. Prohibited Behaviors (Fully Expanded)
Below is the complete table of prohibited actions:

| AI Abuse | Deepfake images, deceptive AI alterations (Fake before/after photos) |
| Extremism / Violence | Promoting extremist groups or any violent content |
All violations → immediate action under Moderation Policy + TOS.
5. Professional Conduct Requirements
5.1 For Suppliers:
- Publish accurate product details, specifications, and certifications.
- Provide real warehouse, inventory, or catalog images.
5.2 For Contractors:
- Upload authentic portfolio images.
- Use correct pricing ranges and be transparent about timelines.
- Provide verifiable licenses where required.
5.3 For Clients:
Must publish genuine project needs and not request unlawful shortcuts or unsafe work.
5.4 For Professionals (Knowledge City):
Must publish factual, industry-correct content and maintain neutrality (Inter-policy reference: must comply with Advertising Policy).
6. Content & Media Standards
6.1 Allowed Content:
- Real landscaping projects, professional tips, genuine product images, educational articles.
- Licensed drone footage (where legal only).
6.2 Not Allowed:
- Blurry/misleading images, Stock images passed off as original work.
- AI images with deceptive intent, Photos of individuals without consent.
- Images containing violent, adult, or hateful content.
7. Review & Rating Ethics
Users must:
- Provide truthful and fair reviews.
- Avoid revenge ratings.
- Not incentivize positive reviews or sabotage competitors.
False reviews → Removal + account warning or suspension.
8. Messaging & Communication Rules
Messages must:
- Stay professional and relate to landscaping services.
- Avoid harassment or external spam links.
- Not request off-platform confidential data (e.g., passports, banking).
Inter-policy reference: Anti-Spam Policy governs all messaging behavior.
9. Fair Use of Platform Tools
Users must not:
- Create duplicate accounts or manipulate ranking algorithms.
- Abuse boosts or ads (Moderation Policy) or repost the same listing multiple times.
- Fake engagement or “views”.
10. Regional Legal Compliance (Global Laws)
LandscapingGlobe enforces compliance with:
- European Union: GDPR, EU Consumer Protection Rules.
- United States: FTC Act – Fair Business Practices.
- GCC Regulations: UAE Digital Safety, KSA E-Commerce, Qatar Cybercrime Law.
- Asia-Pacific: Singapore PDPA, India Consumer Protection Act, Australia ACMA.
Users from these regions must follow local laws and licensing.
11. Reporting Violations
Users may report violations by:
- Using the “Report” button on content.
- Emailing support@landscapingglobe.com.
- Contacting the DPO (dpo@landscapingglobe.com) for sensitive data breaches.
Reports are handled under the Moderation Policy.
12. Enforcement & Penalties
Actions may include:
- Warning, Content edit request, Temporary suspension, Listing removal.
- Boost cancellation (non-refundable if violation-based).
- Permanent account ban or Legal notification (in severe cases).
13. Appeals Process
If you believe an action was incorrect, email: legal@landscapingglobe.com
Include:
- Full explanation, Screenshots, URLs, and Evidence supporting your claim.
Appeals reviewed within 7–14 business days, depending on severity.
14. Updates to These Guidelines
This policy may evolve due to:
- New features, Paddle-powered monetization, Global regulatory updates.
- User feedback and Safety improvements.
The latest version will always appear on the Platform.
