Refund / Billing Policy

This Policy governs all current and future paid features on LandscapingGlobe™, including Featured Ads, Boosts, and Subscription tiers.

1 Overview
This Policy governs all paid features, including:
- Featured Ads, Boosts, and Premium visibility tools.
- Subscription tiers (if launched) and Knowledge City paid placements.
- Any future Paddle-processed services.
Inter-policy compliance is mandatory. This must be read with TOS, Advertising, Privacy, and Anti-Spam Policies.
2 Paddle – Merchant of Record (MoR)
LandscapingGlobe uses Paddle as the exclusive Merchant of Record for all paid services. This means:
- Paddle processes all payments and issues invoices securely.
- Paddle calculates, collects & remits global taxes (VAT, GST, Sales Tax).
- LandscapingGlobe never stores or processes card details.

All charges are displayed before checkout.
4 Transparent Pricing
All prices may be shown in various currencies, including:
- USD (default).
- AED / SAR / QAR / KWD / BHD for GCC.
- GBP, EUR for Europe, and local currencies for India, Asia, Africa.
Final checkout currency depends on Paddle’s global mechanisms. Taxes (VAT, GST, Sales Tax) are automatically added where legally required.
5 No Refunds – Standard Policy
Because LandscapingGlobe offers digital visibility services, all purchases are non-refundable once delivered, including:
- Ads, Boosts, Featured placements.
- Subscription cycles already activated or promotional upgrades.
This aligns with global standards for immediate-delivery digital services. Once an ad or boost goes live, the service is considered fully delivered.
6 Exceptions – When Refunds May Be Considered
Refunds may be considered only in these limited scenarios:
6.1 Duplicate Charges:
If Paddle accidentally processes the same payment twice.
6.2 Technical Failure:
If LandscapingGlobe fails to activate a paid service due to a platform malfunction (not user error or policy violation).
6.3 Unauthorized or Fraudulent Use:
If your Paddle-registered payment method was used without authorization.
Approval remains at the discretion of Paddle + LandscapingGlobe after verification.
7 Subscription Management
Cancel Anytime:
You may cancel via your Paddle subscription portal.
No Refund for Partial Month:
Canceling stops future billing, but does not trigger refunds for the current cycle, previously billed periods, or past usage.
Grace Period:
A short grace period may apply if Paddle encounters payment issues. If payment fails repeatedly, Paddle may automatically cancel the subscription.
8 Chargebacks & Disputes
Before requesting a bank chargeback, users must:
- Contact support: support@landscapingglobe.com
- Provide Paddle receipt + transaction reference.
- Allow us time to resolve the issue.
Fraudulent chargebacks may result in: Account suspension, Listing removal, and a Permanent ban for commercial abuse.
9 Global Legal Alignment
This Policy complies with:
- EU: GDPR, ePrivacy Directive.
- US: CCPA & CPRA (California), Wyoming state law.
- GCC: UAE Personal Data Law, KSA PDPL, Qatar PDPL.
- Asia: India DPDP Act, Singapore PDPA.
- Other: Canada PIPEDA, Brazil LGPD.
Refund logic follows global digital product standards under Paddle’s MoR framework.
10 Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to decline service or request verification if activity appears:
- Suspicious, Automated, or Fraudulent.
- Manipulating ads or boosts, or Misusing promotions.
Breaches may lead to immediate account suspension under our Moderation Policy.
