User Content & Moderation Policy

This Moderation Policy explains how user content is handled, reviewed, restricted, approved, or removed on the LandscapingGlobe™ Platform.
Applies To: All global users (Suppliers, Contractors, Clients, Professionals, Knowledge City Contributors).

1. Purpose of This Policy

This Policy is linked to and governed by the Terms of Service (TOS), Privacy Policy, Advertising & Boosting Policy, Cookie Policy, Community Guidelines, and Refund & Billing Policy.

This policy ensures:

  • User safety and Legal compliance.
  • Fair marketplace behavior and High-quality listings.
  • Protection against scams, abuse, and misinformation.

This supports a secure, trusted, global quote-based marketplace.

2. Scope of Moderation

Moderation applies to all content, including:

  • Listings, Service descriptions, and Supplier product uploads.
  • Contractor portfolios, Knowledge City articles, and resources.
  • Reviews, ratings, Messages, and quotes sent through the platform.
  • Images, files, documents, Ads, boosts, and sponsored content.
  • Profile information.
  • AI-generated content (if used by users).

3. User Responsibility for Content

Users are fully responsible for:

  • Accuracy of information, Legitimacy of business claims, and Compliance with regional business laws.
  • Ownership of images/videos, and Truthfulness of pricing and quotes.
  • Ensuring no misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent content is uploaded.

Users must NOT:

  • Upload unlicensed content or copy competitor listings.
  • Use stock images in deceptive ways or misrepresent credentials.
  • Provide false certifications or promote unsafe/illegal practices.

4. Types of Allowed Content

Content is allowed if accurate and professional, including:

  • Landscaping service descriptions & Supplier product catalogs.
  • Project photos (owned by user) & Before/After images.
  • Educational articles (Knowledge City) & Industry guides.
  • Client requests/inquiries & Company portfolios.

All content must comply with the TOS, Privacy Policy, Advertising Policy, and Community Guidelines.

5. Prohibited Content

Content violating these rules will be addressed accordingly:

6. Moderation Methods

LandscapingGlobe uses a multi-layer moderation approach:

6.1 Automated Detection (AI)

  • AI and automated tools analyze spam, fraud indicators, unsafe keywords, copyright violation signals, and image authenticity patterns.

6.2 Human Review

  • Moderators evaluate reported listings, suspicious business claims, harmful content, fake portfolios, disputes, and appeals.

6.3 Community Reporting

  • Users may report inappropriate behavior, copyright concerns, fraud, or non-compliant content. Reports are reviewed within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Content Removal & Account Actions

Depending on severity, the platform may take the following actions:

Users are notified via email (support@landscapingglobe.com).

8. Appeals Process

If you believe your content was removed incorrectly:

  • Email support@landscapingglobe.com with the required details.
  • Include: Your account email, URL/screenshot of content, Explanation, and Proof of authenticity.

Appeals are reviewed within 3–7 business days. Repeated frivolous appeals may be limited.

9. Advertising & Boosting Moderation

Ads, featured listings, and boosts must comply with the Advertising & Boosting Policy, Paddle payment guidelines, and Local advertising laws.


Disallowed ad categories include:

  • False discounts, Misleading "certified" claims, Unlicensed equipment rentals.
  • Environmental/chemical misuse, Non-landscaping-related promotions.

If paid ads are removed for violations, refunds follow the Refund & Billing Policy.

10. User-to-User Communication Rules

Users must not:

  • Spam, Send promotional links, Request payments on-platform (it is quote-based).
  • Harass/pressure clients, Share abusive language, Share external competitor links in messages.

Messages may be monitored for Safety, Abuse detection, Fraud prevention, and Policy compliance (Details covered in Privacy Policy).

11. Business Verification (Risk-Based Model)

Verification is selective, depending on Region, Business category, Risk indicators, and User reports.


Verification may require:

  • Trade license, Portfolio authenticity, Identity confirmation.
  • Supplier documentation or specific Certificates (if claimed).

Accounts refusing verification may lose visibility or access.

12. Intellectual Property Protection

Users affirm that content uploaded is owned by them or licensed to them and does not violate IP laws.


Platform may remove content violating copyright. DMCA-style notices may be sent to legal@landscapingglobe.com.

13. Global Compliance References

This policy follows content safety expectations from:

  • GDPR (Art. 6, 17, 18) / eCommerce Directive (EU)
  • UAE Cybercrime Law / KSA PDPL / Qatar Anti-Cybercrime Law
  • US Communications Decency Principles

14. User Education & Warnings

The platform may use AI-assisted tools to improve professionalism and reduce risks, including:

  • In-app warnings, Education popups, Listing quality tips, Safety check prompts, and Fraud alerts.

15. Liability Limitations (Summary)

As defined in TOS:

  • LandscapingGlobe is not responsible for user-generated content.
  • Users are liable for their uploads.
  • LandscapingGlobe is not involved in off-platform transactions or guaranteed content accuracy.

16. Policy Updates

This Moderation Policy may be updated when:

  • New features launch, Paddle ads/boosts evolve, Regional laws change, or Security systems are upgraded.

Updated policies will be posted with a revised version date.
