Whenever paid features (subscriptions, ads, boosts, premium tools) are active:

- LandscapingGlobe never stores card numbers.

- Paddle (payments), AWS & Microsoft Hosting infrastructure, Security & anti-fraud tools.
- Email/SMS providers, Analytics systems, Backup and cloud storage.
7.2 Legal Requirements:
- Data may be disclosed to Courts, Law enforcement, Regulators, and Compliance authorities. Only when legally valid and properly requested.
7.3 No Selling of Personal Data:
LandscapingGlobe does not sell, trade, or monetize user data outside platform features.

Data may be stored or processed in the United States, European Union, GCC countries, Asia (Singapore, India), and Global AWS cloud regions.
Safeguards include:
