These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of LandscapingGlobe™, a global quote-based marketplace connecting suppliers, contractors, clients, landscaping professionals, and knowledge-city contributors.

1. Introduction

By using this platform, you confirm that you:

Accept the Cross-Referenced Policies: Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Moderation Policy, Advertising & Boosting Policy, and Billing/Refund Policy.

Are legally capable of entering a binding agreement.

These policies cross-reference one another and function as a unified compliance framework.

2. Nature of the Platform

LandscapingGlobe is a quote-based platform. The platform does NOT:

Process off-platform payments.

Act as an agent, broker, employer, partner, or contractor.

Guarantee quotes, quality, timelines, or payments.

Validate external contracts unless required by compliance tiers.

All transaction negotiations and payments occur off-platform except for paid platform features (handled by Paddle).

3. Eligibility

To maintain global compliance and user safety, we use the following framework:

4. Account Creation & Security

Users are fully responsible for:

Securing their login credentials.

Ensuring no unauthorized person accesses their account.

Updating information when it changes.

Reporting suspicious activity to support@landscapingglobe.com.

The platform may suspend accounts that:

Use false identities.
Engage in spam or fraud.
Violate community guidelines.
Harm user experience or platform integrity.

5. Paddle Payment Clause

Paid features may be activated at launch or at any stage. These include:

Marketplace subscriptions, Ads and promotions, Listing boosts, and Sponsored placements.
Premium tools and AI-powered enhancements.
(Optional future) internal checkout and Knowledge city promotional placements.

5.1 Paddle Role

Whenever paid features are enabled:

Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record and processes payments.

Paddle handles **VAT/GST and global tax compliance**.

Paddle stores all financial and card details. LandscapingGlobe **never stores card numbers** or sensitive payment data.

6. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

Provide truthful information and respect intellectual property.

Avoid misleading pricing/content and answer quotes professionally.

Not engage in harassment, abuse, spam, scraping, or illegal activities.

Not circumvent paid features.

7. Platform Rights

LandscapingGlobe may:

Modify or discontinue services or features.

Introduce paid features using Paddle.

Remove harmful or illegal content.

Suspend or terminate non-compliant accounts.

Perform verification checks.

Enforce regional compliance requirements.

The platform may also implement AI tools for safety, content review, and user experience improvement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by global law: LandscapingGlobe is NOT liable or responsible for:

Any disputes between users.

Off-platform payments, contracts, or promises.

Guaranteed service quality, quotes, pricing, or results.

Fraud or misrepresentation by users.

Your use of the platform is solely at your own risk.

9. Governing Law: Primary jurisdiction is WY, USA. Supplementary compliance is based on regional user location (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
