Aquatic Engineering Canada installed a fine bubble aeration system for a 6.5-acre process pond at a cement plant in Edmonton, Alberta. The project helped improve oxygen levels and reduce odour caused by low-oxygen conditions and sulfur bacteria. The system included 12 Can-Air Mega diffusers powered by a 2 HP aeration system.
