Founding Principal | Landscape Architect & Architect

I am a principal and founder of DLANDstudio, a multidisciplinary design firm. With qualifications in both architecture and landscape architecture, I specialize in complex projects that require a synthesized, analytical, and research-based approach. Since founding DLANDstudio in 2005, I have worked on projects ranging from intimate gardens to large-scale urban planning initiatives. My work includes QueensWay, Argenta Commons Plaza, facilities at the College of Tropical Agriculture and Human Resources at the University of Hawaii at Manoa, and the College of Music IMIG Addition at the University of Colorado Boulder. From 2022 to 2025, while at Sasaki, I led the masterplanning for Taliesin West and the design of the Memorial to Enslaved Persons at Baylor University. I am a leader in resilient urban design and have dedicated much of my practice to developing and implementing design strategies that confront the impacts of climate change.
