Eng. Khalid Al-Rashidi is one of the GCC's most experienced irrigation design consultants with over 22 years of practice across the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, and the wider Gulf region. He holds both the Certified Irrigation Designer (CID) and Certified Landscape Irrigation Auditor (CLIA) credentials from the Irrigation Association, and is fully conversant with Dubai Municipality and Abu Dhabi urban planning irrigation requirements. Khalid specialises in golf course irrigation engineering, large-scale commercial drip systems, smart irrigation controller integration, and water efficiency auditing. His consultancy has designed irrigation networks for over 60 golf and resort projects across the GCC, and he regularly serves as an independent technical reviewer for large infrastructure tenders. He is currently accepting design commissions and technical advisory roles.
