I am the creative director and founder of Hood Design Studio in Oakland, California. I am a landscape architect, urban designer, and artist whose work connects landscape architecture, urbanism, art, fabrication, research, and exhibitions. I have extensive experience developing public spaces, cultural landscapes, urban design projects, and socially engaged environments. My practice focuses on the ecological, cultural, historical, and social qualities of each place, creating landscapes that strengthen civic life and reflect community identity.
